GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Community Affairs ; Regulated Industries ; Aronberg
Public Lodging and Food Service Establishments [EPCC]; Eliminates the requirement for the Division of Hotels and Restaurants to assist the State Fire Marshal in updating the Florida Fire Prevention Code. Eliminates the requirement for the division to enforce the code in conducting its inspections. Decreases the amount of time in which a food service manager is required to obtain certification after employment. Provides for wastewater disposal procedures for public food service establishments, etc.
