GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Lynn ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Atwater
Probate [EPCC]; Authorizes intestate property that has escheated to the state to descend to certain Holocaust descendants prior to the 10-year escheatment period. Extends the effective date of this provision. Revises the list of property that is exempt from most claims against the estate. Revises which standard of care is applicable to a personal representative responsible for settling an estate, etc.
