Education; Provides that students may be separated by gender for specified single-gender programs; provides that public school choice options may include single-gender programs; authorizes district school board to establish nonvocational class, extracurricular activity, or school in which enrollment is limited to students of single gender under certain conditions; requires student participation in single-gender programs to be voluntary.
