Interpreters for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing; Creates Board of Interpreters for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing under Florida Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, Inc., to recommend procedures to administer licensing & permitting of interpreter professionals which DBPR shall adopt by rule; provides grounds for board recommendation of revocation or suspension of license or permit or other disciplinary action; provides criminal penalties for specified illegal acts, etc.
