Telephone Caller Identification [EPCC]; Prohibits entering or causing to be entered false information into telephone caller identification system with intent to deceive, defraud, or mislead; provides that violation is unlawful trade practice under specified provisions; provides for enhancement of penalties when violation is committed during commission of criminal offense or when violation facilitates criminal offense.
