GENERAL BILL by Constantine
Luis Rivera Ortega Street Racing Act [EPCC]; Revises provisions prohibiting certain speed competitions and exhibitions. Prohibits certain acts in association with a race, drag race, exhibition of speed, or exhibition of acceleration. Prohibits being a spectator at any such race, drag race, or exhibition. Provides criminal and noncriminal penalties and for revocation of the driver license upon conviction, etc.
