GENERAL BILL by Dean
Prekindergarten Education Pilot Program [SPCC]; Establishes the pilot program to enhance the quality of the Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program. Specifies counties and provides requirements for individual participants. Provides for voluntary participation by prekindergarten providers. Provides duties of the Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region and community colleges. Authorizes the coalition to apply for and secure grants and funding, etc.
