GENERAL BILL by Posey
Opening of Public K-12 Schools [SPCC]; Provides exceptions to a provision prohibiting a public school from opening earlier than 14 days before Labor Day. Provides requirements for the district school boards. Provides an exception for a school operating on a year-round or extended calendar, etc.
