Seaport Security Standards [LPCC]; Revises the membership of the Seaport Security Standards Advisory Council. Revises the membership of the Florida Seaport Transportation and Economic Development Council. Requires at least one annual council meeting. Requires an annual analysis and assessment of the economic impact of security on public seaports, etc.
