Radio Equipment Using Law Enforcement Frequencies [LPCC]; Provides that the prohibition on unlawfully installing or transporting radio equipment using assigned law enforcement frequencies does not apply to any sworn law enforcement officer or emergency service employee while using personal transportation to and from work, or to certain government employees, etc.
