SB 524: Disabled Parking Permits/Health Care Facilities [EPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Hill
Disabled Parking Permits/Health Care Facilities [EPCC]; Authorizes the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to issue up to 5 disabled parking permits to any health care facility or organization that provides care or treatment to persons meeting the qualifications for a permit. Provides that the permits shall be used by qualifying persons during the time period the persons are receiving services from the facilities or organizations, etc.
