PROPOSED BILL by Health Policy
OGSR/Florida Kidcare/Florida Healthy Kids Corp.; Amends a provision relating to a public-records exemption for certain records pertaining to the Florida Kidcare program. Provides for the release of certain information to the parent or legal guardian of an enrollee. Saves the exemption from repeal under the OGSR Act. Deletes provisions providing for the repeal of the exemption. Repeals a provision relating to a public-records exemption for the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation, etc.
