PROPOSED BILL by Education Pre-K - 12 Appropriations
Education; Cites this act as the "Ethics in Education Act." Prohibits the Division of Retirement from paying benefits to a member who has committed certain felony offenses against a minor. Requires the Commissioner of Education to assist school districts, the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, and a private provider in developing policies and procedures governing educator ethics and employment, etc.
