False Claims/Personal Injury Protection Insurance [EPCC]; Requires certain professional licensing boards to suspend the licenses of certain health care practitioners if convicted of insurance fraud involving personal injury protection insurance. Provides minimum penalties to be imposed for such conviction, etc.
