GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Baker

Juvenile Justice [LPCC]; Permits a court to retain jurisdiction over a child and the child's parent or legal guardian whom the court has ordered to pay costs, fees, and costs associated with court-appointed counsel until such costs and fees are satisfied. Permits a child to be taken into custody for violations of preadjudicatory conditions. Authorizes the circuit court to set reasonable conditions of preadjudicatory release, etc.
