Florida Retirement System; Provides membership in Special Risk Class for certain persons whose duties involve contact with residents, patients, or inmates in correctional, juvenile justice, developmental disability, or forensic facility or institution; authorizes member of FRS employed by state to request that his or her employer submit application to DMS requesting designation as special risk member under certain circumstances, etc.
