Political Advertisements; Provides for creation of Florida Campaign Sunshine website; requires website link to be placed on homepages of Department of State & Division of Elections; requires that contents be made public; requires submission of political advertisements & supporting documentation to division within specified time periods; requires division to post certain materials on website within 24 hours of receipt, etc.
