GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Community Affairs ; Bennett
Affordable Housing [WPSC]; Provides for the assessment of property receiving the low-income housing tax credit. Defines the term "community land trust." Provides for the assessment of structural improvements, condominium parcels, and cooperative parcels on land owned by a community land trust and used to provide affordable housing. Provides for the conveyance of such improvements and parcels subject to certain conditions, etc.
