GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Tax Refund Loans or Checks [CPSC]; Requires a person engaged in providing refund anticipation loans or checks to comply with certain requirements. Requires facilitators of said loans or checks to disclose certain information. Prescribes how that information must be displayed. Requires a facilitator to provide certain information orally to an applicant for a refund anticipation loan or check. Provides activities that are prohibited when transacting such loan or check, etc.
