Clinical, Counseling, and Psychotherapy Services [SPSC]; Provides for waiver of confidentiality & privileged communications when, in clinical judgment of person licensed or certified under ch. 491, F.S., there is clear & immediate probability of certain harm; provides immunity from liability for, & prohibits causes of action against, such person for disclosure of otherwise confidential communications under such circumstances.
