GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker

Firearms Transactions [SPSC]; Clarifies that violations of provisions prohibiting keeping any list, record, or registry of privately owned firearms or any list, record, or registry of the owners of those firearms may be committed by entities as well as individuals. Requires that secondhand dealers and pawnbrokers who electronically submit certain firearm transaction records to law enforcement agencies submit specified information, etc.
