SB 1432: Insurance Premiums [CPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Storms
Insurance Premiums [CPSC]; Provides that certain provisions of state law do not apply to discounts when the premium for the entire policy term is paid at the inception of the term, as long as such discounts meet specified criteria. Prohibits such discounts from being considered related to or components of premium financing.
