Working Waterfront Property [WPSC]; Identifies property that is eligible for classification as working waterfront property. Requires the assessment of such property based on current use. Provides for the loss of classification upon a change of ownership or use. Provides for the classification of land as working waterfront property on an assessment roll. Deletes provisions relating to the purpose of working waterfront projects, etc.
