SB 1626: Consumer Complaints [CPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Aronberg

Consumer Complaints [CPSC]; Creates the Consumer Complaint Interagency Coordinating Council. Requires the Division of Consumer Services (DCS) of the DOACS to provide administrative and staff support services to the council. Requires the council to submit recommendations to the Legislature by a specified date. Requires the DLA rather than the DCS of the DOACS to screen all requests for eligibility to appear before the Florida New Motor Vehicles Arbitration Board, etc.
