GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Peaden

Health Care [WPSC]; Authorizes the ACHA to adopt rules related to the Public Medical Assistance Trust Fund. Revises behavioral health services and dental services coverage under the Kidcare program. Updates the data to be used in calculating disproportionate share. Authorizes the ACHA to make disproportionate share payments to certain hospitals. Directs the AHCA to establish pilot projects in Miami-Dade County relating to home health services, etc.
