GENERAL BILL by Criminal and Civil Justice Appropriations ; Crist

Criminal Justice & Corrections Appropriations [WPSC]; Provides that the act implements and administers the General Appropriations Act. Authorizes the DOC to use certain appropriated funds to assist in defraying the costs incurred by a county or a municipality to open or operate certain facilities. Limits the compensation of health care providers that do not have contracts to provide inmate medical services with the department or private correctional facilities, etc.

Effective Date: 07/01/2009 except as otherwise provided
