GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Baker
Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services [WPSC]; Provides for type two transfer of the licensing and regulation of Professional Surveyors and Mappers from the Division of Professions within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Establishes supplemental biennial registration fees for certain brands of pesticide. Revises fees for the registration of specialty fertilizers and seed dealers, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2009 except as otherwise provided
