GENERAL BILL by Peaden
Prescription Drug Donation Program [SPSC]; Renames the Cancer Drug Donation Program as the Prescription Drug Donation Program. Revises definitions. Expands the drugs and supplies that may be donated under the program. Expands the types of facilities and practitioners that may participate in the program. Conforms provisions to changes in terminology. Removes obsolete language relating to the adoption of initial rules.
