School Districts/Paperwork and Data Reduction [SPSC]; Deletes provisions that require each district school board to reduce paperwork and data collection and report its findings and potential solutions on reducing burdens associated with such collection. Requires that the Commissioner of Education monitor and review the collection of paperwork, data, and reports by school districts, etc.
