Tax Credits for Certain Restaurants [WPSC]; Authorizes the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to issue tax credits for certain restaurants that employ tipped employees. Provides application procedures. Provides for annual adjustment of the credit amounts. Limits the amount of such credits. Provides funding. Provides procedures for applying the credits. Provides for publicizing the program. Provides penalties for persons who file fraudulent claims, etc.
