TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Mortgage Guaranty TF/Financial Regulation Office [CPSC]; Creates the Mortgage Guaranty Trust Fund within the Office of Financial Regulation. Provides for the administration of the trust fund and use of moneys therein. Requires that balances of funds in the trust fund at the end of a fiscal year remain in the trust fund. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund.
