Drug Testing/Unemployment Compensation [CPSC]; Creates the Drug Deterrence Pilot Program within the Agency for Workforce Innovation. Provides for the screening of individuals to determine which individuals must be tested. Provides terms of disqualification of benefits. Requires the agency to supply information on drug treatment programs. Provides for authentication and the admissibility of drug tests in unemployment compensation hearings. Provides for an appeals process, etc.
