GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Crist
Resale of Tickets [CPSC]; Limits the amount above the original price for which a ticket to an event sponsored by or benefiting certain charitable organizations may be sold. Requires certain binding contractual agreements between charitable organizations and registered ticket resellers for certain purposes. Provides penalties.
