My Safe Florida Home Program [CPSC]; Revises legislative intent. Revises criteria for hurricane mitigation inspections. Revises criteria for eligibility for a mitigation grant. Expands the list of improvements for which grants may be used. Deletes provisions requiring an insurer to accept certain uniform mitigation verification forms. Provides a criminal penalty for knowingly submitting a false or fraudulent mitigation form with the intent to receive an undeserved discount, etc.
