GENERAL BILL by Dean
Mobile Home & Recreational Vehicle Parks [SPSC]; Specifies laws and rules to be enforced by the DOH. Provides construction review and approval requirements for private parks and camps. Authorizes persons to request from the DOH a review of plans for a proposed park or camp. Provides for state preemption of regulatory and permitting authority for sanitary and other standards for parks and camps under the provisions relating to mobile home and recreational vehicle parks, etc.
