Discrimination in the Treatment of Persons [EPSC]; Provides definitions for purposes of the Florida Civil Rights Act. Provides criteria for determining different types of impairments. Revises the powers of the Florida Commission on Human Relations. Specifies that protections extend to women who are pregnant or who have any medical condition related to pregnancy or childbirth. Revises the procedure for filing a complaint with the commission, etc.
