Court Filing Fees for Evictions [SPSC]; Reduces the filing fee for civil actions filed to remove a tenant from possession of real property. Creates a filing fee for civil actions filed to remove a tenant from possession of real property and to seek damages from the tenant. Requires that certain filing fees be deposited in the state courts' Mediation and Arbitration Trust fund.
