SB 2260: Driver License Services [CPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Joyner
Driver License Services [CPSC]; Revises a fee charged for driver license transactions administered by county tax collectors. Provides for the fee to be adjusted in relation to the change in the CPI. Authorizes a tax collector to enter into interlocal agreements for the provision of driver license services. Provides that such fee shall be paid to the tax collector in addition to other fees.
