GENERAL BILL by Education Pre-K - 12 Appropriations ; Wise

Regional Professional Development Academies [SPSC]; Provides for regional academies rather than a statewide system of organization. Provides duties of regional professional development academies. Deletes provisions that require academies to meet certain criteria in order to receive start-up funds. Specifies requirements for contracts between district school boards and academies. Requires that income generated from certain activities be shared between the academy and said school board, etc.
