Corporate Income Tax Credit Scholarship Program [SPSC]; Requires that students who are participating in the Corporate Income Tax Credit Scholarship Program take the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test under certain conditions. Provides additional requirements for private schools that are participating in the program. Revises the DOE's obligations under the program. Provides additional requirements for teachers employed by or under contract with private schools that are participating in the program.
