Tax on Sales, Use, and Other Transactions [WPSC]; Provides for a 1 percent increase in the tax rate. Revises brackets for calculating sales tax amounts. Provides for distribution of revenues from the additional 1 percent increase in the tax rate. Provides for a future 1 percent decrease in the tax rate. Provides for future deletion of a provision providing for distribution of revenues from the additional 1 percent increase in the tax rate, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2009 except as otherwise provided
