SB 2628: Virtual Instruction Programs [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Wise

Virtual Instruction Programs [SPSC]; repeals provisions relating to the K-8 Virtual School Program within the DOE. Provides that virtual instruction programs may be provided by the same or different contracted providers. Requires that a virtual instruction program provide virtual instruction to part-time or full-time students enrolled in virtual courses in kindergarten through grade 12. Deletes provisions relating to funding provided through the Florida Education Finance Program, etc.
