Assisted Reproductive Technology [SPSC]; Prohibits any person other than an attorney from receiving compensation for making a referral to an egg, sperm, or preembryo donor or gestational surrogate. Prohibits any person other than an attorney from advertising for, or seeking, an egg, sperm, or preembryo donor or gestational surrogate.
