GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos
Arboriculture [EPSC]; Creates the "Florida Arborist Licensing Law." Provides powers and duties of the DOACS. Establishes licensure procedures and requirements to practice arboriculture and provide such services. Authorizes DOACS to enforce certain provisions of state law by specified means. Revises a definition to make tropical foliage exempt from regulation under provisions relating to dealers in agricultural products, etc. APPROPRIATION: $72,280.
