Central Broward Water Control District/Broward Co.; Provides for flood protection services. Revises the geographical boundaries of the district. Revises powers of the district with respect to construction. Revises the geographical boundaries of district zones for the election of commissioners. Revises residency requirements for commissioner qualification. Deletes provisions relating to a special warrant for collection of drainage taxes, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
