Mental and Nervous Disorders/Health Insurance [CPSC]; Revises requirements and limitations for optional coverage for mental and nervous disorders. Specifies nonapplication under certain circumstances. Conforms a cross-reference. Repeals a specified provision relating to optional coverage required for substance abuse impaired persons. Provides for application.
