Statutes of Limitation [SPSC]; Cites this act as the "Jeffrey Klee Memorial Act." Eliminates the statute of limitations for wrongful death actions for intentional torts resulting in death from acts described in specified provisions relating to murder or manslaughter. Provides for application.
