Pub. Rec./DOH Prescription Drug Monitoring Program [SPSC]; Exempts from public records requirements information and records reported to the DOH under the electronic prescription drug monitoring program for monitoring the prescribing and dispensing of controlled substances listed in Schedules II-IV. Authorizes certain persons and entities access to patient-identifying, practitioner-identifying, or pharmacist-identifying information. Provides guidelines for the use of such information, etc.
