CS/SB 484: Motor Vehicle Operators/Multiple Crashes [CPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Gaetz
Motor Vehicle Operators/Multiple Crashes [CPSC]; Requires that the HSMV screen crash reports to identify a third crash by the same operator within a specified period after the driver's first crash. Requires a driver who is convicted of or who pleads nolo contendere to a traffic offense giving rise to three or more crashes within a specified period to attend a department-approved driver improvement course in order to maintain his or her driving privileges, etc.
