Unemployment Compensation [CPSC]; Defines the terms "alternative base period," "good cause," and "member of the individual's immediate family." Redefines the term "base period." Revises the requirements for eligibility to receive benefits. Requires an employer to provide wage information to support an individual's eligibility for benefits. Authorizes AWI to accept an affidavit from the claimant to support eligibility for benefits, etc.
